In the early sessions, we will spend time on assessment and exploration, allowing you to talk about what has been bringing you to therapy and how your difficulties affect your day-to-day life.

CBT often includes practical exercises or small tasks to try between sessions, sometimes referred to as “homework,” to help you practice new skills and apply them in everyday life. Sessions are structured, focused, and supportive, helping you build tools you can continue to use beyond therapy.
